- Guide to Ethics Committee assessment of project applications under the Directive2010/63 EU are available at http://www.imb.ie/publications.
- The project and individual authorization documents will be posted directly to the applicant although the applicant must inform the compliance officer of the terms and conditions.
- Fees for new project applications will come into effect from 1 January 2014
- From the 1st of January the internal procedure for receiving and validating applications will be dealt with by a shared unit within the IMB, therefore the applicants should monitor the situation closely during this time.
- Once the European Commission has finalized the reviewing of the template documents for the submission of statistical information on the use of animals for scientific purposes, the IMB will communicate the new requirements to all stakeholders.
- When applying for a second individual authorization, please refer to the original one in the cover letter.
